Delor Réserve Bordeaux Rosé is vinified using the unusual “Rosé de Pressée” method, to create a pale pink wine of great aromatic finesse.
Specifically assigned vineyard plots: well-established, longstanding partnerships with growers have made it possible to identify terroirs suited to producing a fruit driven, fresh rosé wine.
Parcels vinified separately: grapes are vinified separately and the juice remains in contact with the skins for only a short time, giving a pale pink hue. Pre-fermentation cold soak enhances the delicate quality of the wines and the intensity of the aromas.
Aged on the fine lees to optimise the wine’s finesse and aromatic intensity.
A brand inspiring loyalty and delivering consistent quality, vintage after vintage.

On the palate, Delor Réserve Rosé is as lively as its colour would suggest. Aromas of hawthorn and redcurrant on the bouquet, accompanied by zesty notes. Well-balanced on the finish, with abundant freshness.
